About Us
Ebike Safety And Information
-Our eBikes are an incredible way for riders of all levels to cover a lot of ground and experience what this beach town has to offer! We want you to have a fun and safe experience, please see below are a few helpful tips to increase the likelihood of you having a safe and successful ride.
-eBikes are naturally a bit heavier than ordinary bicycles, mainly due to the battery and the components needed to be electric! Start your ride at low-speeds and a low pedal assist while you practice your turning and breaking. Go up in speed as YOU get comfortable!
-We love group rides! Ride with your group or book a tour with us, but eBikes do require a little bit more stopping distance than traditional bicycles. When riding in groups, be sure to leave plenty of distance between you and other riders.
-If there is a bike malfunction please call your point of contact at Cruisin Coastal.
-Helmets save lives!! Crusin Coastal provides ALL bikes with a helmet and a bike lock. When you aren't riding, please use the lock and attach it to a manmade object and take the key to the battery with you.
-Charging: If you are doing a rental longer than a day, a charger is provided for you to charge overnight so you can get full use of the battery the next day.
-eBikes are like traditional bikes, please use the rules of the road and stop at stop lights and stop signs.
*Must be 18 years or older to rent.
